Granted, the whole event had to be moved on short notice because of the weather. But regardless, there were certain aspects of it that could have been a lot better.
I went on Saturday only and haven't heard anything about how Friday night was. I arrived as I think Rakim was finishing up... and then had to somehow live through Kreayshawn. For a radio 104.5 event, the artist should have been chosen a lot better. Kreayshawn was beyond horrible and Rakim didn't sound so good from the little I heard either.
Overall the crowd was rather blah. Even when Girl Talk and Pretty Lights played there wasn't much dancing to be had. The crowd was generally older than I expected but still I think it could have been much much more lively.
Once the headliners came on, re-entry to the floor was not allowed even though there was plenty of room left for more people down there. Despite that, the event staff were extremely nice and for some reason we were personally escorted back to the floor after getting much needed water. This was the one redeeming part of the night.
