It was a wonderful interactive event. My father had just as much fun as my daughter had! I would definitely recommend it to others.

The show was fun, interactive and the puppets were amazingly made! I really enjoyed the information that they gave about the dinosaurs and my daughter really loved how much fun the show was.

The show Erth dinosaurs was lots of fun! I brought my 3&6 year old children. They enjoyed it. I liked the audience participation. The kids got to even pet the dinosaurs.

The show is very informative, entertaining and almost real. Even though they let kids know the Dino's are puppets, they can still scare the kids. There was audience participation but no forced participation. Very well done.

My 4 1/2 year old grandson has been learning about dinosaurs in pre-school. He was so excited for this performance and it lived up to his and my expectations. Very kid friendly show with lots of audience participation. Dinosaurs were SO realistic. Highly recommend!

The show itself was great, very unique and different from the same old, a very new and modern style puppet show where the dinosaurs are very life like! My older daughter was a bit scared at some points (covered her eyes), but my younger son loved it! Audience participation was great! I would caution anyone attending events purchased through ticket master for Symphony Hall/City Stage that they are NOT the same venue that ticket master gives in their directions. City stage is actually between Bridge St & Worthington, however when I plugged the Ticketmaster address into google maps, it pointed me to Symphony Hall causing us to miss half the show.

Kids loved it! Scott Wright was very funny and he was very appropriate for children as well as adults. We can wait to visit New Jersey to see Field Station in May.

Too short, less than an hour, considering the cost per person. Even shorter if you consider the 15 minutes of pre-show joking and kitbitzing between the presenter and the kids in the audience. Too few dinosaur puppets -4 perhaps. Too few enlightening facts,even for my 5 year old grandson. Pathetic blow up scenery (one which was bent in half prior to the show by kids in the audience). Inadequate volume, was there even a mike? you could barely hear the presenter on many occasions above the hum of the audience. No audio effects besides a transcient roar of the T-Rex. Promises to give the kids who did NOT come up individually time to pet the dinosaurs fell short when only the 2 baby dinos reappeared at the end of the show. It wasn't worth standing on line and waiting to get near them at that point. It they only had two helpers who could present the baby dinosaurs at the end, more should not have been promised. See review title for overall impressions- not up to par for a Tilles Center production!

Good, but only four dinosaurs?? Baby, small ones, t rex, and super quick neck of one... Not a lot for money. More dinosaurs, more interaction for kids, maybe set us as stations?

This hour long show was perfect for my two sons - ages 3 and 6! You actually forget you are looking at puppets. They seemed so real.

I took my 6 year old son and his friend to see Dinosaur Petting Zoo at the Tilles Center. They both had a great time and so did the adults. There were kids of a variety of ages there, I'd say between 2 and 8, and it really looked like all of them were enjoying themselves. It was very interactive and a real thrill for everyone. I would definitely recommend it.

What a fabulaous event - and I learned some things myself and almost forgot they were puppets too. A great effort was made to engage everyone.
My youngest (3) was a little scared but wanted to pet the babies. my oldest (8) was a lttile jaded but wanted to pet the babies and the middle one (6) was in seventh heaven!

Here's the thing; in the newspaper it mentioned 5 year olds and plus. There had to be 90% all under the age of 5. For the younger kids, it was great, I brought my son who is 10, who was excited about the write up in the paper, and was let down when we saw it.
It dragged out for the hour, only to see 5 dinosaurs. The announcer was nice, trying to make up the empty time by asking the little kids to come up and assist. It was boring, and not worth the money, I think you guys, have it backwards, the show is really geared for the 5 year olds and under!

My husband and I took our sons (ages 7 and 4 ) to this show because they love dinosaurs sooo much. Boy did they have a great time. We loved that it was a small theater and we got to sit on the floor and the kids could participate and get really involved. The lead 'dinosaur tamer' was quite amusing for both the adults and kids. He had everyone laughing and excited for whatever was next. The most interesting part was how most of the children may have realized they were 'puppets' but their looks, actions and sounds made them seem real. My son was called up to put his arm in the T Rex's mouth and not being afraid of really anything just couldn't do it. That was the other great thing about the 'dinosaur tamer' - he made the children feel special by having the audience clap and cheer whether the children selected completed the tasks or not.

My grandson was blocked by parents sitting on the floor next to their children. The show's director should have asked the parents to sit behind their children. This would of given more space to the young children to see the show. Many of the same children walked up without being asked while the children raising their hands never got picked. It is very hard on the young children not to be a part of the show. My grandson came home disappointed that he never was picked. I know that they can't pick everyone, but ask those children who walked up on their own to go back and sit down. This would give other children more of an opportunity. I have decided not to take him to anymore interactive shows. It's a shame but I get sad when he is sad. He is a well mannered boy and participates like he should while others are not guided by the show's director.
