Loved it. Best musical I've seen. Wish I could have seen it twice. Knew I was gonna love it the from the first song. Wonderful talent in the cast and amazing writing and producing. There is nothing that could have made the night any better

This show was outstanding. It captivated the audience from beginning to end, the cast was beyond talented, the stage set and lighting were perfect. While extremely entertaining the show was simultaneously thought provoking, deep and, at times, dark (which I like). Someone less interested in the darker side of life might not enjoy it as much. The themes are mature and not for young children. I brought my 13 year old son who is on the mature side but I wouldn't go any younger; and, that might be too young depending on the maturity of the child. Amazing show! I wish I could see it again.

The singing by the cast of this show was fantastic. We loved the harmony, and the guitar work was remarkable; in fact the entire support band was great!
The scenery and props set the atmosphere for this play perfectly. Everything moved so smoothly from scene to scene.
Alex Nee was so perfect in his role as Johnny. Every actor gave it his/her all!!
I think I smiled through this entire show, just because it was so awesome!!

The Green Day American Idiot musical cast & crew are amazing! The voices were outstanding & strong, the songs were sung beautifully. Electric dancing filled the
stage and effectively told the story. The show was edgy - and completely entertaining.

Great show, simple story well told. It rocks hard and if you like Green Day, great dancing fabulous staging, wonderful voices and progressive politics, this show is for you.

After seeing this show on Broadway, it was a disappointment for me.
The venue was the first disappointment. We had lower orchestra seats that were NOT obstructed view but we could NOT see about 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the set (left side) so we were missing a good bit of the story line. The slope on the seating should be improved because I had to view between peoples heads the entirety of the show.
Now for the actual show. After seeing this performed on Broadway, maybe it is not fair to compare but the singing was good but not AS good. The dancing was fair but did not have the intensity of the original show and the music definitely lacked the energy we experienced in NYC.
Overall it was still entertaining but since we experienced such a high energy show on Broadway we were disappointed with the show at he Hippodrome.

This is an excellent broadway show. The cast is amazing and very talented. The cast are a bunch of amazing singers and the shows element, storyline, and theatratics were absolutely top par! I would recommend this show to anyone! Not all ages though, parental advisory.

A great theatrical tribute to Green Day's American Idiot album. The musical is about growing up and finding your way in suburbia, something we all can relate to. Talented cast, stay for the curtain call and you won't be disappointed.

If you love Green Day you will love this show. The music was excellent but the singing and dancing was fabulous. The cast is so energetic and never stops moving during the entire show. They're moves are unbelievable and I was exhausted watching them. It is really a sad story and not suitable for children due to the subject matter but older teens will also love it.

It was just Ok. I thought the show was much better when I saw it in New York City a couple of years ago. Everything in the Baltimore show I saw this past Saturday night (05/11/13), the signing, choreography, music, just didn't seem to have the same edge as the New York show. I also felt there were some moments that sort of dragged. And finally, I don't remember the New York show having as much profanity as the one in Baltimore.

I have a hard time sitting through a musical. I'm very interested initially looking at all the performers and set designs, but am looking at my watch after 45 minutes. This kept me interested the entire time. But I also like Green Day music. I'm sure that helped. Loved the show!

Great show! I saw this on Broadway when Billie Joe was in it, and I think this production is better, over all. Strong cast, leads and ensemble, and staging that really moves the show forward. Loved it.
