Took my 6 yr old and 10 yr old to their first bowl game experience when visiting their uncle for the holidays. They enjoyed the game even though there wasn't any particular rooting interest in the teams. Nice overall experience.

The idea of seeing a game which is not effected by the weather is an enjoyable experience. Being a Rays fan it's great to see the transition of Tropicana Field. Being I live locally I try to take my Grandsons every year.

Location:Tampa Bay

The game was a slow battle of defenses. Both special teams did really well, but there was little offense all night.
The seats I had were directly in front of/below AC, and we froze all night long. There were no seats nearby (to move) so we shivered and shook. The worst part? I had sat in those seats for baseball, but forgot how cold they were! Oy vey!

Location:Tampa Bay

The Louisville Cardinals rallied back from a 14-point deficit to beat out the So Miss Golden Eagles. The game was see-saw, the players were outstanding, and the Big East stays undefeated in the St. Pete Beef O'Brady's Bowl.

Paid $68 for 2 tickets, fees, printing and all, off the ticketmaster sight. Thought this was pretty reasonable for any college bowl game.

The Trop is easy to get to from Sarasota. We parked for free only a couple blocks away. We (smuggled) in our own peanuts and snacks. We had press level seats on the 3rd base end zone side, great overview of the field. We loved our seats. The crowd around us was mostly Louisville and showed alot of spirit. We enjoyed the college atmosphere. The beers (and shots) flowed, but in general the crowd around us was well-behaved and there to cheer their team on and have a good time. If I haven't mentioned it was an exciting game.

Have to say I was really disappointed at the turnout. Here was really a great college football game, two good teams giving it their all, with marching bands and all nice halftime show, and the place was half full or half empty depending on your preference.

Question being, do the people of St. Pete actually get out and support anything at the Trop? We and the people around us were all from other areas than St. Pete. This was a good game and a good value, easy to get to, so where were the people?

Location:Wyoming

The game was exciting and fun to watch. The only thing that we missed were programs. We were told early in the first quarter that the people who had the programs had not arrived, but that they would be distributing them for sale. We never saw anyone selling programs. The facilities were good and well decorated.
