The Once show on Saturday November 10 on the Fourth Stage of the NAC was outstanding. The trio fom Newfoundland blended down home tunes with stylized renditions of Cohen songs as well as as a song from Queen. The trio shared antecdotes for the inspirations behind many of the songs including a very memorable one where Geraldine tells the poignant story behind Charlie's song about her father. Will definitely see them again ...highly recommended.

An amazing show by a band I was seeing for only the second time. Having seen over 180 live music shows this year I'd have to say it was one if my favorites. Great songs, beautiful harmonies, in a beautiful venue (NAC) in my fave Canadian city (Ottawa). Should also add that the sound system was also perfect.
