An incredible band.
The singer has one of the most clear, natural, and powerful voices I've ever heard. He sounds exactly like the album, meaning very little post production was needed in recording them.
The melodies: how could one band have so many bang on memorable melodies crammed into one album? Every song seems to be woven from sort of musical silk that just flows through you.
The main drummer has a way of sparsely playing a bass drum - sometimes only playing a single hit every 16 bars - but perfectly timed to sound awesome and add a level of subtlety that this band is mastering.
A memorable and emotional event, this band is my to be missed live. Although some improvement is needed in keeping more flow between songs, their performance level is very high especially for a band so new to the scene.
One thing to mention regarding Copps Coliseum: there needs to be a more efficient beer and drink system. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get beer. For that reason I was only able to get one...I would have bought at least three.
