My wife and I first saw THATH in Charlotte NC when they opened for The Dave Matthews Band. We bought their CD and enjoyed the music. Opening for Dave in a huge amphitheater is not easy but we enjoyed the music. In Madison we had a chance to really listen to this band. They were awesome. We enjoyed the concert and look forward to the next time we have a chance to hear them live. The songs offer so much depth and variety, sometimed within the same song.

The show was opened by a Richmond based band called Black Girls. From their opening note, they had the sell-out crowd rocking! With stellar vocals, awsesome guitar and keyboard work, and anchored by a dynamic rythmn section, these guys were the perfect opening act! On the second to last song called "Get-Off", the other acts came on-stage and provided addition rythmn and vocals to send the sell-out crowd into a frenzy! Their album called "Hells Dragon" is a definite jem. I would see this group live anytime!

The second group called Drew Grow and the Pastors Wives were great musicans but lacked the raw power the Black Girls provided.

The Head and the Heart were headliners and did not dissapoint! This is by far the best band no one ever heard of! Slick four part harmonies, stellar keyboard and guitar work and backed by the best drummer you have seen in a long time! They had the crowd singing from start to finish. Go check these guys out when ever you get a chance!

This was an absolutely splendid show. Spreckel's Theatre was awesome, old fashioned, and pretty much every seat was a good seat. The musicians who played were incredible musicians who all seemed to be multifaceted and played many different instruments. All of the bands sounded better than their recorded music. Absolutely incredible. I would recommend seeing all of them to anyone.

They were better live than I ever would of expected for a young/new band. Even their new stuff which will be on their second-yet-to-be-released album was mesmerizing. Can't wait for it to come out. I love seeing bands like this before they are big....which I think H&H will be, b/c you know you saw the magic first in a small venue. I felt lucky!

3rd time I've seen them in a year, and each time was better than the last. They seem to be improving at an exponential rate, and have a better stage presence and professionalism about them than bands who have been around for decades. It helps that they also have some amazing songs; so melodic, so joyous that you can't help bu be enraptured by it all. But ultimately, they're a feel good band; you leave one of their shows feeling good, humming their songs. I still can't believe how good they are for a relatively new band. Because as great as they are, they can only get better.

It was an awesome venue at the Spreckels Theater. The acoustics were like nothing I had ever experienced before. Their music is so unique. Nothing like real musicians playing real instruments.

the band was great, the sound is great, the venue is beautiful. but there should be standing and dancing allowed. seated shows for bands like this are ridiculous.

The Head and The Heart are so incredibly wonderful! They have SUCH passion for their music and are terrific performers. You can tell that they love what they do. They have great harmonies, and Charity's voice is indescribable. If you have the chance to see H&H don't miss the opportunity!

The Head and the Heart concert was wonderful! I loved the first opener Bryan John Appleby, the second opener was pretty good, and the Head and the Heart killed it. They played some new songs to go with their most popular songs, and everything sounded great. Their harmonies were tight and they never sang out of key. Not to mention that the songs themselves are completely emotionally perfect and intricate. I will definitely be seeing the Head and the Heart whenever they come back to KC.

A short set with contrived sense of enthusiasm. Their repetoire is limited and they seem to be going through the motions. In addition, people who go to the Cleveland House of Blues never shut up. I knew that going in, but at least in the past, the artists made up for the indifferent talkers in the back. This will be the last time I will see this group and the last time I'll ever go to this venue.

I never attend concerts. This year I finally decided to attend a few and these guys were highly recommended. The venue is nice but just like Edgefield, I think it needs to be just a tad bit bigger. Long lines to get beer, water supply ran out quickly, hard to find parking and overpriced beverages and food. What would also be nice if concerts could let you know exactly when the main band will start playing. Like some sort of countdown could work. Keep in mind I'm new to concerts and even though I had a great time these little problems I'm pointing out could be easily fixed or improved by whoever runs these shows.

It was so great seeing a band that was able to keep up their energy after playing in the same venue for two nights in a row! You could see just how much they enjoyed performing for their fans. Joe Fletcher and the Wrong Reasons was a great opening too--they set up the vibe perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to see them again.
