The arena was set to where any seat could view the game. It is an enjoyable event that I would attend again. I did not go in expecting top rate playing since it is minor league hockey. But, Both teams played well and showed that they really do enjoy the game. (A Plus in my book). For a Friday night inexpensive family/ friends time it would be great time.

Concessions were a bit pricey most everything was $6 and up. If you plan on drinking then bring some cash, $9 for a tall boy beer...

Went with a few friends and had a good time!

We took our 4 year old son and his cousin to their first ice hockey game. Even though the Warriors lost we had the best time. There were over 7,000 people there that night (from what they announced, was the biggest ice hockey crowd yet). To hold a 4 year olds attention to the very end, it had to be amazing! We are looking in to getting season passes. Best night out!

We absolutely loved it! t was Daddy kid night for us and my 15 yr old daughter, my 7 yr old son and myself had a blast. The characters and players alike kept us on our feet!! Awesome time. We will be back :0)

Great game! Came from Atlanta to see game. Worth every penny as I had a great seat, mid ice, that I got to choose on-line.

ECHL hockey - you can't beat the value. Being there is so much better than TV.

We attended the hockey game with our 2 children. We were sitting directly behind the penalty box. My two children could not see. Halfway through the first period I allowed my kids to move up to 2 empty seats in the front row so that they could see. There were 8 empty seats here that no one was using. My children sat there through the first period and first break. About 3 minutes into the second period the usher came and told my kids they had to move because these weren't their seats. The seats remained empty for the rest of the game. So this left me with 2 kids who couldn't see the game and don't care if they ever go again. Guess we won't be back. We will return to Gwinett where they allow people to use seats that are unoccupied and allow the fans to enjoy the game to the largest extent possible. Shame on you Road Warriors.

Minor league games are a great value and the Warriors put on a good show. The Bi-Lo Center is easy to find; the facility is straight forward, nothing special. There was a terrible glare on the replay screen from our seats, but that just made me focus on the ice.

My only gripe, and really it's just amusing, was with the beverages. They had $2 beers, which is awesome, but I could only have a couple because I had to drive home. Then a bottle of water is $4! and they won't give just a cup of water. So I asked for a $2 beer, without the beer, and filled it at the fountain.

My first hockey game was great. The action was fast paced. Future hockey games seating will be about 5 - 10 rows further back. I thought the premium seats would be best right be hind the what I thought was the team benches, turned out it was the penalty box and the announcers station, lots of activity, people coming and going and players in n out of penalty box. So close to the ice you couldnt see the puck but about 70% of the time.

The lines at concessions could be shorter.

Why can't an adult of legal age buy a cocktail?

The Greenville Road Warriors are a great hockey experience and the Bi-Lo Center was a good venue for hockey. Really not too many bad seats and the team gave a good effort. Promos were minimal, music for the most part was effective and the arena staff was very friendly. Goal horn could have been louder, but definitely the experience was worth the price of admission!

I've gone with hubby and our boys and have gone with friends for a girls night out!!! Love it everytime!!! The game, the players and the music and other entertainment is awesome!!! A great time for families and friends!!! We are going to make a lot more visits!!

Live action was great and up in my face on the first row. Great game with low scoring. Being down low gave me a feel as the facial expressions showed the emotions of the players. Really enjoyed the game and plan to attend again soon.

I grew up watching NHL hockey in the North and went through hockey withdrawal once I moved South. I am so happy the Road Warriors are here and I've been able to introduce my sons to the sport. We were able to get tickets three rows from the ice, behind the players' bench, just a few days before the game and at a fraction of the cost for NHL tickets. We've also sat close enough to the players that we get so see them interacting with the young fans, whether it's tossing them a puck before the game or high-fiving them as they head to the locker room. Even the drive to the Bi-Lo Center and parking were easy. I hope the sport becomes more popular locally and the area is able to support this team for the long-term. Our only glitch was in trying to order tickets online from Ticketmaster. The website would not allow us to select 5 seats in the same row. I had to call and then pick up the tickets before the game.

I had never been to a hockey game before this one, and while the crown may have been small, the staff did a great job trying to entertain us while there were lulls in the game. The hockey was excellent and the arena staff were incredibly friendly.
