This is the second year I brought my son and 2 friends to this event and they just LOVE it. Probably because they love skateboarding.
The Prudential center is very clean also, and food is pretty good, although pricey.
We'll be back next year but want to get VIP seating this time!

Amazing event, I had floor seats which included practice session on Saturday, meet and greet with Rob Dyrdek, and floor seats for the championship on Sunday and a gift bag of gear in my seat.

I have been anticipating this event for 1 year straight as I was planning on coming last year but I was in California on a trip. I brought my girlfriend with me and we both had a blast. The food was good, the drinks were a bit pricey but that's what you expect when you go out anywhere and we got some great pictures. All in all was a great time and will be coming back next year for sure.

Was great! Cloers seats this year and son WILD stuff to see on boards. The BEST SO FAR!!!!!!!!!

Location:Cape Cod, MA
The Prudential in Newark is a great venue. Very clean and easy to arrive/depart from. The event itself improves every year. The course design is phenomenal and the format of scoring ensures every skater pushes for the max on every try. The skaters are the best in the world and they are all very approachable and happy to sign autographs and talk with all. If you don't see it in person, you are missing a large part of the experience.
My only wish is that it be scheduled earlier than 5pm or on a Saturday. We drive about 6 hours each way to see it and it would help to not have to drive late in the evening.

I started skating in 1987 and watched street skating progress to what is today. To actually see it go down in person was unreal. From the beginning of the warm ups till the end of the overdrive was out of control. I will definitely be going back next year. Torey kickflip back smith on the waist high ledge son!
