it was rad. venue was definitely not promoted well because it was NOT full at all but it was an awesome show and phra killed it all by himself. hilarious entourage on stage for most of the set with him, who knew italians had so many hype men?? overall, killer

I flew up to Seattle the day of the event from Los Angeles, CA specifically for Crookers first appearance in Seattle. I was extremely excited to attend this show. Everything was great until the headliner took the stage. Crookers is a duo of djs, and only one guy took the stage. I had to ask around to see what was going on and I was informed that one of the two dj's had cancelled. The show was obviously missing something and the music didn't sound like the Crookers that I've come to love. Long story short I was VERY disappointed. I came to see Crookers, not Crooker.

I struggle with recommending this to any body mainly because I was expecting a crookers show instead of a crooker show. Only half of the band was there and he was unable to get the crowd amped. I don't know if the other band member was messed up or what but he didn't come out. What I really liked about the show was how there was no break between performers. The openers all 4 of them were great and I really enjoyed them. Crookers however came on really late and the crowd was pretty tired. Many had been rolling which was expected at a techno show but due to the the length of the show many had started coming down by the time Crookers started. As far as the music I really enjoyed the openers and parts of Crookers but he played an okay set that sounded pretty repetitive at times. I also wanted to hear some of their popular songs because thats what I knew and maybe since the other guy wasn't there he couldn't play a lot of songs. Final note Crookers get your act together and please your fans my friends in Holland saw you and they said you put on a lousy set. I am still a fan although was disappointed in the headliner.

Not at all what I was expecting, seemed like an amateur DJ set and I kept waiting for the real headliners to start :(
