This was my first fight. I definitely plan to attend Shogun Fights IX. I arrived at the start of the fourth fight (eleven fights total). Most of the fights were exciting. The fights ran on schedule. There was a well-timed brief intermission and the whole thing concluded around11 pm or so. My bleacher seats on the floor level were good to go. I had a good view of the cage and the crowd was into it. Looking forward to the next fight!

Very good fights. Only downside, we got there at seven and left after 11. There were only 11 fights but it still took over 4 hours...pretty long night, but worth the ticket price.

The energy at the arena was great but many of the fights lacked excitement. The first three fights were short (one was a few seconds and it was over). I was beginning to feel as if I had wasted money. If they had less known fighters and built there way up to at least one really good / professional bout it would have been worth my drive from Washington DC and the cost of the tickets.

Great night of fights...only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to see some bigger fighters (weight). 11 total fights and the majority were small guys (135-170)
The event it self was done really well. I will attend another one in the future.

All excellent fights.. the seats I had not bad..1st Mariner Arena excellent place to go and the staff was outstanding...and where we sat got to talk to a couple of the fights before they left....very greatful to the fans who come out and watched them..

This was my first SHOGUN fight and it was awesome! The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't start on time and one of the matches never happened. But other than that, it was awesome and very exciting.

The fights were great but was a little disappointed that there were no KO's, but overall lits of action would highly recommend and wish that there was a Shogun venue sooner then April 2012!!
