My friends and I are huge fans of fun.! We have been wanting to go to their concert for a while now but they never have gigs near South Jersey. Out of desperation, we drove 3 hours to East Stroudsburg University to finally see this great band live. We had to wait in a huge line that stretched down the street plus it was 34 degrees outside. The concert was standing room so we were squished tightly together with every other show goer. As a short person, I had to constantly go up on my toes to get a view of the stage. It was a bit annoying. Once Nate sang the first line of Carry On, I was instantly awe-struck. I sang along to every single one of their songs with my friends. I could tell that most of the ESU students around us weren't huge fans when most of them could only manage to sing along to We Are Young and Some Nights. My friend cried when Nate closed off the show with one of her favorite songs, Stars. This concert was definitely worth all of the trouble we went through to see it. I just wish I were closer to the stage. I also wish I were a few inches taller. I would absolutely see them in concert again and again without question. Next time, I just need to make my way closer to the stage!
