I had no idea who Frank Turner was and less of an idea of who Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls were.
I went solely for the one of the opening acts, LARRY AND HIS FLASK. Punk? Bluegrass? Folk? Something of all of those. They should not be missed. They're amazing on their recordings and even better live. Unbelievable energy and raw musical talent. There's not many bands out there with this kind of caliber. They're on point with every song, every note, every melody, every harmony, etc. Plus, they have a stand-up bass. And a banjo. Even if you don't like their genre(s?) of music, you will just be amazed by the heart and skill of these guys. Highly recommend their album (All That We Know) and they do have a concert up on YouTube- but seeing them live is a thousand times better (which is saying a lot because their recordings are THAT good). They know how to start a party, for sure.
Oh, and Frank Turner was good too.
