The final day of the Barclays was really fantastic. My first time to a pro golf event and whats great is you get to see all the top players in the world in one day. A really fantastic day with my wife, we walked the whole course, saw Tiger Rory and Padraig harrington and tonnes more world class players.

Great course for golf, less so for spectators. The configuration of the course does not lend itself for spectators to view more of the game while also staying close to the atmosphere and amenities.

Had a great time at the Barclays golf tournament. It was awesome being right there were the action was. Seeing the pros upclose and personal.

People were allowed in with these devices and did not use them in the designated areas. No staff were around to seize these devices when not properly used. All electronic devices should banned from golf tournments.

Saw the Saturday round at the Barclay's. Parking was easy, the shuttle was prompt, food was good and (somewhat) cheaper than expected. The golfers are nothing short of amazing. They hit long, difficult, precise shots with what looked like no effort at all. Most of the players acknowledged the fan's applause, but for the most part they were all business. They deserve a lot of credit for putting up with the rude and really unnecessary comments from some of the crassest and most vulgar folks around. Professional golfers must hate coming to New York; I know I couldn't get off Long Island fast enough.

Had a great time at Bethpage Black PGA golf event with my son. Enjoyed seeing many of the greats including Tiger Woods, Rory McElroy, etc. Nice gesture by Bob Estes signing autographs and talking with my son about his golf game.

Great crowd, great weatehr - hard course to walk - really liked how close you can get to teh action and great area for the pros to sign memorabilia after.

The Barklays was an amazing event where all the top players in the sport compete for the $10,000,000 grand prize. Being that close to the worlds best golfers was an awesome experience. I was literally right in the middle of all the action on the final day. I was feet away from the likes of Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, and Phil Mickelson, watching them do what they do. I can't wait for next year!

First of all, the parking was awful. The park ranger or cop (whoever he was) was just so rude. I stopped and he waved me in and then yelled at me to STOP, said I had to park at Jones beach and that in itself was a pain to get to. The signs for the circle did not make sense at all until I read the sign just before the turn I had to make and it was too late that I had to drive around the circle causing other drivers around me to get mad! But overall, the event itself was awesome. I got to see Harry English make an eagle which was AMAZING! How often do you get to see that? It was just great to see the players in person. I really wish we were able to take pictures.

I was very impressed by the ease of using the LIRR. I took the train from Deer Park to Farmingdale got off the train went through security quickly and boarded the bus waiting to take patrons to the course. It was a very short drive to Bethpage State Park and within no time you were walking the course. One negative was they didn't seem to have enough help to keep the garbage maintained. I passed many overflowing garbage receptacles. I had attended the 2011 Barclays that was cut short due to Hurricane Irene and was expecting to receive my free ticket as it was stated on the website only to find out it was for single day holders only. I think it was great that they issued free tickets to single day passes, but upset that the weekly ticket holder didn't receive the same treatment. Overall it was a good experience and I plan to attend the Barclays as long as they keep it in the NY metro area.

I came away with the impression that the wealthy were catered to at the expense of the average golf fan. There was insufficient bleacher seating for general admission because additional boxes were constructed. The electronic leader boards were very small and as a result very difficult to read. Most of the time they were displaying advertising instead of information relevant to the golf event. The scoreboard situation was extremely disappointing. In the future I wil stay home and watch the Barclays on my television.

The Barclay's pga playoff held at bethpage black on long island would rank as one of the colest experiences of my life. As a golfer myself I was able to watch the best golfers in the world compete for he fedex cup at my local course. The event was very well organized, from he shuttle bus service to security. I would absolutely attend another pga event at bethpage black.

The Barclay team had the transportation dilemma perfectly solved! We enjoyed easy access via train and shuttle, both ways. Cell phone train/shuttle ticket purchase and display system worked flawlessly!! In terms of golf, the players did their best under some difficult playing conditions (the greens were very, very fast on Saturday) and put on a great show. While the game can be hard to watch because they hit the ball so darn far, the flexibility of the ground pass allows viewers to find a place they find comfortable. Lots of walking, but lots of concession stands also! We had a great time!
