Me and my husband loved the show! It was such a refreshing musical. I loved how they acknowledged the audience rather than abiding by the "fourth wall" rule. I knew the show was a little racy but I was shocked by how many kids were in the audience despite the language and a few of the female dance numbers. I would totally recommend it to other adults for a hilarious show but people should the leave the kids at home!

This show was funny,corny, emotional and the best musical we have ever been to in our entire life. We had heard the soundtrack before and now everything make sense. It's epic and classic and something we will never forget. Constantine Maroulis' singing was incredible. Not an amazing actor but the show would NEVER be the same without him being a part of it. We would see this 100 times if we could afford it! We knew every song and sang along in our head! The "inside" jokes were perfect and we felt like more than an audience member! AMAZING!!!!

For anyone that grew up through the 80's, this show is a can't miss. The band was great and showcased strong voices throughout the cast. We knew all the songs. My daughter wasn't even born in the 80's, but from listening to my music during her childhood, she loved the show. Loved the option to pick your own seats!

An amazing show! Great singers/performance. Super funny in addition to the awesome classic 80's music. Don't forget to go to The Bourbon Room bar after the show for more fun.

The was a fast paced and energetic show. It was a great way to spend an evening out. The 80s Rock Songs worked well with the theme of the show. Performers did an excellent job.

If you want just a good night of fun I would go see Rock of Ages. The actors in the show are very talented and seem to be really enjoying themselves on stage also. For anyone remember the 80's it will be good fun as well as the crowd I went to the show was really into it signing along or dancing some in the aisles for parts.
It is a little risque for some which heard at the show that night and there is some language to the show so if someone doesn't like those two things perhaps it would to avoid but no nudity so don't worry about that. I would also advise not sitting in the first row as you will miss some of the action at the back of the stage that happens in the show. Overall a great night of fun.

The show was outstanding! The cast did an amazing job of creating separate characters who each had their own personalities! The singing was top notch and the sound made you feel like you were at a real concert! Definitely recommend if in town!!

Most amazing performance - really fun, lots of ages in the audience so it really matches whole family. Most youngster might not know all the songs, but could be opportunity to know something different.

Oakdale staff did a lousy job of controlling people who walked in late and those who we were unfortunate enough to sit near in the back of the theatre. They were talking over the performers onstage! It was extremely rude and nothing was done about it. At times, it was hard to hear the dialogue onstage over them! I am aware that this is a fun show filled with 80's music but when the guy across the aisle from you is making comments and contributing his own 2 cents to the lines of the play, there is a problem. I don't normally sit in the back of the theatre, but this was a special deal and this is where the available seats were located. If I had paid full price, I would have been furious, as the rude behavior of these audience members definitely diminished our enjoyment of this performance.
