This is the second time in two years that we've been to the circus. The skill of the performers takes my breath away and keeps us all on the edge of our seats! It's so amazing to see such tiny acrobats fly through the air then see enormous elephants show themselves so proudly. Human cannonballs are amazing and we love, love, love the balancing act! I would recommend everyone go to the circus. I know that RB and B and B take care of their animals. They all look healthy and enjoy performing. Go! Today!

We took our 2 yr old granddaughter for her first experience and know she will remember it for many years to come. She was completely mesmerized and the entire experience absolutely held her attention for the duration of the show. The intermission was perfect timing so we could get some lunch to tide her over through the last part of the performance. The circus has changed a lot since we last saw it, over 10 years ago, and it was very professional and extremely entertaining.

My family and I have attended the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Baileys circus for years. After attending this year and paying over 300.00 for tickets I don't believe we will ever go again. No wonder why their we so so many open seats. It seemed very unorganized and the performances weren't great. If you want to waste your time, money and disappointing your children then go, otherwise stay home.

This was my kids ( 3yr. and 4yr.) first experience with the circus as well as my husband, it was an forgettable experience. Watching the amazement in their eyes and hanging on the edge of their seats was a magical moment I will never forget.

My wife and I go to the Barnum & Bailey circus nearly every year they come to Chicago. This year we noticed some changes to the circus. They have a new MC and co MC as well as a new main clown. None of which were more entertaining than the previous MC and main clown, not by a long shot. The theme "Zing, Zang, Zoom" was a little cheesy, but I guess the target audience for Barnum & Bailey is around 9 years old. The typical acts are still there (elephants, tigers, dogs, high wire, wheel of death), but they also added some aerials and acrobatics that were amazing.
The song and dance numbers were terrible and I never want to hear the song "Don't try this at home" ever again. The majority of the dancers could care less about being on stage. Seriously, most of them barely were dancing and had this annoyed look on their face like they didn't want to be there. It was really odd.
All in all we had a great time and were glad that we went. I can not imagine any child between 2 - 12 not thoroughly enjoying it.

WE took our 2 1/2 year old and he loved it. Loved all the animals but unforunately didn't really notice the clowns and gymnasts. They were great- just not what appeals to a 2 1/2 year old boy.

This was a very good show with enjoyable performances. Our three-year-old couldn't stop talking about the girls who were shot out of the cannon! However, the show is on the long side for a little guy and the music is extremely loud. Also, the price of souvenirs is completely out of reach for a family in this economy. $25 for a plastic light-up wand? I don't think so.
All in all, this is a quality show and certainly worth the price of the weekday tickets ($12 each).

Well, for three hours at Zing, Zang, Zoom I was. And it was just lots of fun, fun, fun. Seven decades and knowing what was probably coming next hasn't diminished the pure joy of the circus. Bring on the canons, bring on the clowns, bring on the tigers!

Me and my family really enjoyed the show. I would say that the audience helps the show go better and on Thursday night most were not motivated. Kids sometimes react to parents and if parents aren't showing enthusiasm it dampens a circus' atmosphere.
