It is hard to believe how talented Sully Erna is. He can not only play several instruments, but he composed this beautiful music. The combination of cello, guitars and drums is very unique. the mixture of rock, Indian music, and African rythms is truly special. The group of musicians that accompay him is also wonderful. Together they created a wonderful performance. My only complaint is that for whatever reason the Avalon record was poorly promoted and very few people know about it, which is a great pity.

This was an amazing concert. It is the third show I've seen and it just keeps getting better! On two of his shows I had the awesome opportunity to have a Meet and Greet! A very seriously talented artist. His diversity makes him a definite standout. Sully has a style all his own. His Avalon members compliment his music and his distinct voice as he continues to rock us with Godsmack!

Sully, keep playing your music. I am a forever Fan....

Sully is a true musician. That is why I have seen him solo every time he has come to Buffalo (of course Godsmack too).

Sold Out showroom. Right up front for Birthday, M&G before show. AWESOME. Sully started out show solo, a little bit Storytellerish - fine and thanks for sharing. Was hoping to hear Touche, Running Blind and Serenity from GS catalog - ALL delivered - thanks. Presentation of AIC " Nutshell " absolutely mesmerizing, reached deep into my soul. Whole show an emotional getaway. Would do again and again.
Show had awesome backdrops , video visions and ENTIRE band delivered ,great show!!!!!!!. Again, an experience for the senses, emotions and genuine love of music - a gift for sure. Lisa especially soars, great choice , whole band AMAZING. Missed Irena . Covers of Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac and Beatles well received.
Sorry about house drunk who should have been thrown out - one at every show. PLEASE RETURN to SULLYCUSE !!!

The concert itself was fantastic. I would not pay extra for another meet and greet though. Sully was not in the frame of mind to meet people and it made for an awkward time. Maybe another time and place things will be better.

Lisa and band members were very friendly and outgoing! Thanks for a great show

omg, i thought the show was amazing. ive seen sully for the last 3 yrs. took my mom last year, who is 74. she loved him. took her this year for her birthday. i was so glad the whole band came this year, so my mom could enjoy it even more. i think having it at the bears den was a great choice, it was more personal. wish the night never ended. hope sully comes back every year to buffalo!!!!

He made me laugh, cry (in a good way), dance and sing. This show will def be in my top 3 all time favorites...and I've seen a lot of the greatest of greats!
Not only is he incredibly talented...his is humble and grateful for his fans support making himself vulnerable in sharing his life's stories, both good and bad.

My husband, 10-year-old son, and I attended this concert at the Turning Stone Casino on April 6th. My son was captivated by the music the entire evening as were his parents. Sully spoke to the crowd about his life and the path his music has taken him (which was moving). He is so incredibly talented - playing the guitar, the piano, singing vocals, and playing the drums. His gift of playing, writing and performing the music goes unsurpassed. We saw Avalon last year, and was so impressed by the musicians he brought on board- incredibly talented. We were so happy to see them again performing on the stage with Sully. Everyone sounded superb!!!!!We look forward to the next concert!!!!!!!!

Better performance than the Avalon DVD. Liked the even balance between Godsmack and Avalon songs. New material was awesome! Played some killer covers. A memory that will last a lifetime.

The title suits the experience. It was a GIFT of music! Loved the mix of acoustic Godsmack, Avalon songs,new music, and covers. Awesome! Sully is truly talented and it was great to see him showcase his skills on guitar,piano, and vocally. Love that passion! I.d go again tonight!

What a great freakin show! I've seen Godsmack twice now at Darien Lake and they are simply amazing. When I found out Sully's solo tour was going to be coming to my area I quickly bought tickets and man am I glad. Sully started out playing a couple Godsmack songs solo acoustically on his guitar which was awesome. The rest of the crew joined in for some music from Avalon and also played a few covers. His main vocal backup Lisa is also simply amazing. I am going to bring my kids next time around for sure (14 and 12). Cant wait to see this amazing show again.

On a side note, the Turning Stone staff were absolutely awesome. Very, very friendly.

The show was great. The whole band sounded great. Sully was "on" that night. Lisa has a very powerful voice and brings the music to life. The guitarist was as good as Gilmore on the Pink Floyd cover.
