Whose Live started right at 7:30 pm. We sat down right in time. The seating was great. We sat towards the front in the orchestra floor area. The venue (Majestic Theater) felt cosier and more personal, perfect ambience for an improv show that pulled people and their suggestions from the audience. For the next hour and 40 minutes, we laughed. Really hard. These guys were just amazingly funny and it reminded me so much of Who's Line is It Anyways (my husband are sad it's off the air).
A couple of downsides (I'm still giving it 5 stars, just so you know, because it was great):
This is NOT for kids (there were some younger kids in the audience, and some of the material is R rated (though it didn't see anything about that printed or mentioned. A young kid, maybe 10 gave a suggestion towards the end and I was thinking, wow! He's way too young to be here!)
Also, it felt too short. An hour 40 minutes is a good length of time, but it was so good, I thought it ended too quickly. However, I will say I still felt I got my money's worth out of it.
I hope Whose Live comes back to Dallas soon. I will be the first to buy tickets again :)
