Bluegrass Dance Party!! The vogue is a great, intimate venue especially for Cornmeal. You can be as close as you would be on their front porch or head up to the balcony to see the whole scene in a panoramic view.

That particular weekend I was in Asheville NC to see Yonder Mountain String Band for 2 nights and also Tennessee Hollow on Saturady night. So Cornmeal and Greensky Bluegrass was finishing up the weekend on Sunday night. I have seen Cornmeal about 5 different times and each they always deliver an amazing show, the energy is non-stop. You could feel that people really enjoy it and never want it to end. I wish that they would played more around my neck of the woods, but when they are near I definitely make the trip. As far as Greensky Bluegrass that was my first time seeing them and I was so impressed, they are a sweet kind of bluegrass. I would absolutely see them again. I think that the best part of the show was when the joined the stage together as "Skymeal". It was one of the better shows that I have seen in awhile, so I want to thank them and really look forward to seeing them again soon!!!

Favorite moment: The opener ..."Stand Up" . When you open with a barnburner like this one - sorta sets the tone for the rest of the night!! @

Opening act(s): Greensky Bluegrass. Will definately be checking these guys out more often. 1st time I've seen them or really listened to their stuff, won't be the last. @

Feelin ' bad for all who missed this one!
Cornmeal just absolutely blew the roof off the Tralf!!! Have been seeing these guys for the past 4 or 5 years now. Introduced to them at various festivals we've attended and it never stops amazing me how they continue to grow as a band. Keep on keepin' on lady and gentlemen.............your the best damn band in the land right now!!
