Can't beat the value for the price! Seeing the props and costumes alone was breathtaking, especially for a theatre geek and costumer. Sean and Jarrod were a delight, showing the tricks of the trade. The experience is phenomenal.

Although you do not go behind the curtain for real, the tour itself with Sean & Jarrod was very interesting. You should do the tour then see the show. It REALLY makes you watch even closer to the trickery. They did a great job on December 29, 2012. Thank you so much for allowing us into the wild world that is Wicked. My girls were beside themselves just being among the costumes & getting to understand the history behind the show's creative team. We loved it! And would do it again!

It is true that you do not actually go backstage during this "tour;" it is really more of a lecture style. Two charismatic cast members showed us costumes, masks, and props from Wicked and gave lots of information about the process of putting on the show. We also saw videos featuring members of the creative team talking about taking Wicked from concept to reality. Behind the Emerald Curtain provides a fascinating look at the creation of, in my opinion, the best show on Broadway and is definitely worth seeing!

Be aware...you do not go behind the curtain. Just hear some stories from 2 of the cast members. They were very pleasant, but you do not go back stage like the marketing suggests. Very disapointed.
