The cast was wonderful. DPAC is simply an awesome facility. We had great seats and enjoyed it very much. We did not even mind that they could not get the main keyboard to work for the first half of the show.

This show is absolutely amazing and everyone in Chicago should see it. The caliber of the performance was off the charts. "Billy" aka J.P. Viernes was unbelievable- he was directed extremely well and is very talented. The costumes, the singing, the flying, and, and the dancing was unforgettable. I want to see this show again! 5 stars, without a doubt.

I laughed, I cried hard, I loved the songs and I loved the dances. The rating might be harsh because I can't help but compare the performance to the one that I saw in Chicago a couple of years ago. There was much to love about the script, the music, and the performances

I had never seen the movie Billy Elliot, so the play was new and exciting. The production of the show was very cool, they did a great job with lighting and shadow and set. The dancing was really fun to watch. The actors played their roles very well.

I took my 11 year old grandson with me to this- we both loved it. His only criticism was that there was a lot of bad language in it but we agreed that the performances were outstanding!

Location:Battle Creek - 1 hour fifteen minutes away.

It was upbeat and full of energy. The dancing and music was awesome. It was set on a moment in British History that was difficult, yet it put a smile on my face because of the story within the story and the high energy dancing at the end.

I absolutely LOVE Billy Elliot. I've seen it 20 times now and am so crushed that the tour is ending. It is a phenomenal show and the talent is unbelievable.
I do not recommend taking young children to the show as there is a good amount of swearing, but mature audiences will fall in love.

I have now seen BILLY ELLIOT seven times and would see it seven more if it were possible to do so. It has everything: music, dance, drama, humor, pathos, and love. The boys who play the title role are amazingly talented. They are a joy to watch.

We cheaped out and sat in the mezzanine so we couldn't hear or see that we'll. totally our fault. The dance numbers we spectacular though!

Also we originally had balcony seats but were moved to the mezzanine because the balcony was closed off.
