I saw Jersey Boys with my in-laws who grew up listening to them. They really enjoyed the show alot. Great nostalgic show. Very entertaining.

I didn't know what to expect but I had a co-worker who saw Jersey Boys 5 times and said it was great. I was not disappointed it was wonderful. I loved hearing songs I hadn't heard in years but that brought back memories.

Being Franki Valli & the 4 Seasons Fan we chose Jersey Boys to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and went with high expectations of a nice musical that would feature music we liked,.

What we found was a great combination of a great story and a musical we would describe as goodfellas meets the music.

The music, singing acting and story line was extremely well crafted and executed and like goodfellas we will return again.

My daughter and I saw Jersey Boys in Chicago last month! The cast and show are incredible! We were especially impressed with the performance by Preston Boyd -- who just happens to be from our home town! The show will have you singing the Four Seasons' hit songs long after you leave the theatre!

Performances did not quite compare to those seen on Broadway in NYC....especially the "girl band" who were noticeably off key and shrill. Overall enjoyable.

Location:Western suburbs of Chicago.

Okay, well, is was more musical than mobster, but if you like that genre, than you will really enjoy Jersey Boys. I loved hearing songs that I forget they did and gained a much better appreciation for where and how those songs were developed/written. GREAT, GREAT SHOW!

Being a drummer, I really enjoyed how the drummer was a focal point during most numbers. The vocals were excellent as was the sound. It brought back a lot of memories since I am 60 and I remember their growth as a group. I could definitely sit through another performance. The actors were fantastic in their roles.

The music was great, and the story of the Four Seasons was also fun to hear. I would have liked to been in a different area than the dress circle because it was difficult to see the parts of the play where performers were at the top of the stage.

I took my best friend to see Jersey Boys for her birthday. She couldn't stop raving about it all the way home and for days afterward. This was the second time that I had seen it and I enjoyed it just as much this time as the last.

I saw the prior Jersey Boys performance when it was in Chicago and loved it. Having the opportunity to go again this May, I anticipated enjoying the performance very much. Sadly, this year's show has been altered, injecting much needless vulgarity and double entendre, taking away from the freshness of the story. In the past, the scene surrounding the song "Oh What a Night" was very amusing and more subtle in its suggestion of what transpired. Now it's about as subtle as a sledge hammer and, with crotch gyrations and women in tasteless hooker outfits, it's just plain crude.
The current performers, with the exception of the fellow who plays Gaudio, are heavy-handed, dull and thoroughly unappealing. Their individual performances lack enthusiasm, the changes to the staging are not an improvement and the whole thing seems forced and 'old.' What a disappointment.
