We were there specifically to see A Fine Frenzy. We didn't know much about Josh Radin going into the show.
Allison Sudol and her band were really great. She is so much fun to watch, and her smile lights up the entire theater. She started slow, but once the dancing and upbeat tunes started, the show took off to a whole new level. She's like a gorgeous combination of Cyndi Lauper and Cameron Diaz. Unfortunately, she only did two songs off the Bomb in a Birdcage album (no Beacon?, no Electric Twist?), so most of the music in the show was new to me. Didn't mater, though, because Allison's infectious smile and dance moves made it a great show. (Her cool, sultry bassist was also nice to watch.)
