This was a wonderful experience. Each member of the group was an expert musician, and they blended together unselfishly as an ensemble. In addition to the regular lineup, they included a guest trombonist who added his talent to group. I would go this group again.

This past weekend, I took my parents to the Blue Room along with my girlfriend and had an exceptional time. The band was remarkably good at the instruments they play and we all loved the solos each performer had. Overall, it was a very relaxing and fun night. The waitresses, waiters and hostess were very nice as well.

The Blue Room consistently gets great performers, and for jazz and blues it is a terrific venue. The Jazz Disciples played on Saturday night. Their set were mostly their standards with a few pieces from their recent CD. Several local singers joined them for a few songs. The group put on solid performances, with excellent solos from each performer. Worth a night out.
