The seats were very good, and gave you a good view of the event, but the only problem I had was with the tickets being accepted. We had to go to the box office to have the issue resolved, but the event staff resolved everything! Overall, everything was great!

Will call window couldn't find my tickets

My tickets were supposed to be available at the will call window, but they couldn't find any record of my purchase. They said I must have the wrong event, but fortunately I had my e-mail receipt on my Blackberry. After almost an hour, they produced my tickets. I'm glad we arrived 90 minutes before the game. I won't take the risk of using will call ever again.
